i owed a university for my college tuition. I payed up when NCO first contacted me. i now need a receipt for that payment in order to receive my state income tax. i have contacted NCO to get that receipt and i still have not received it. i am fed up. the state wants the receipt from them in 30 days. i called as soon as i received the notice. now i have six days. i do not appreciate this company playing with my money. i just want this receipt and i think it is such an easy thing to give but no. Nothing yet.
