NCO Financial Systems complaint by Putans48
NCO financial systems inc are relentless animals with no regard to humans.They use illegal tactics and threaten wage garnishment on a daily basis, curse at you and even harass your employer and tell all. These animals will stop at nothing and disguise themselves as attorney's just to get satisfaction knowing they have Pissed you off. Piss and vinegar will get them just that period. Don't waste your time trying to reason with these animals even if you owe the debt, contact an attorney ASAP. Collection tactics such as this are extremely illegal in the United States and resemble third world antics.

Glad your AG likes dealing with these scumbags ours here in Ca just pushes it onto someone else and it all gets lost in the shuffle. We have at least 4 bottom feeders that routinly break FDCA gudielines and yet the consumer must take time to go to court to prove innocence. If our AG went after these (bad word here) they would leave or at least follow the law

Do contact your State "Attorney General Office" or even look at their website. In the state of W.V. many of these collection agencies are forbidden to make contact or conduct business in my state. If they do, and your State's 'Attorney General' has also forbidden NCO in your state, "DO" record the conversation, keep all written collection letters, etc... and provide them to your state Attorney General! In the state of W.V. the Attorney General Loves going after this type of SCUM!
