NCO took
money out of my account that I had authorized on August 29th, 2008, and then again without authorization on September 4th for the same amount. I spoke with an "Angela" on September 4th, and she denied that the company did it. After talking with my bank to verify they did not make a
mistake, I called NCO back, which they then apologized for the
mistake.
They did reimburse the amount, but I am still struggiling with the company to reimburse my account of the
overdraft charges they caused. How can a company like this still be running? They were also very unprofessional on the phone.
